What is QHHT?
QHHT, short for Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, is a modality that uses the concept of past-life regression to facilitate self-exploration. Many people participate in QHHT to understand their purpose or path on a deeper level.
The tactical goal of QHHT is to achieve somnambulism — a trance-like state of deep relaxation that closely resembles sleepwalking. In this state, your conscious mind relaxes to provide direct communication with the subconscious mind.
As your QHHT guide, I will use this dialogue to illuminate the root causes of your physical, emotional and spiritual challenges.
What happens during a QHHT session?
You should plan to allow a minimum of 4 hours for your initial session.
Preliminary discussion: Your session will begin with a conversation about your background, current life situation, and intentions for the session. This discussion will shape the direction of your session.
Induction: You’ll be guided through a series of meditations that may involve deep breathing, visualization, and/or progressive muscle relaxation. This should induce a state of heightened relaxation and focused attention that allows you to access your past lives and a higher state of consciousness.
Exploration of past lives: You’ll be asked to describe scenes, experiences, and emotions from the past lives you encounter. In some cases, we may explore multiple past lives if your Highest Self feels it is necessary.
Dialogue with the subconscious: You’ll engage directly with your Highest Self or subconscious mind to discuss the intentions you set before your session. This higher consciousness can provide access to deep knowledge, memories, and healing capabilities.
Insights and resolution: Depending on your past life interactions and subconscious discoveries, you’ll be guided through several healing techniques. Energy healing, emotional release, and visualization exercises will allow you to resolve emotional or physical issues, gain clarity on life challenges, and release limiting beliefs.
Session conclusion: At the end of your session, you’ll be gently brought back to a fully alert state of consciousness. You’ll reflect on your experience and the insights you gained during the session. This is a chance to address any questions or concerns you may have and discuss opportunities for future sessions.
